Creating copy and content that makes you feel something is my personal obsession. I'm a freelance writer, content creator, copywriter, creative director, copy director, brand storyteller, voice definer, strategy-tweaker, idea agitator, concept thinker-upper, and once-in-a-while college professor.

In each of those roles, I transform creative briefs into words and ideas that go out into the world and make a bunch of friends. I do this for creative agencies, in-house departments and entrepreneurs.

I work collaboratively with other creatives, marketing people, product developers, scientists, and founders. I also work on my own. Sometimes I ghost write for people who need to take the credit. I’ve won global, national, regional and local awards for my work. So have the people I’ve ghost written for.

I get hired to create all kinds of things, from high level strategy and product concepts to ads, videos, websites, experiential programs, scripts, presentations, attention-grabbing one-liners, brand stories, names, brand voices, editorial copy, consumer-friendly technical materials, PR, tag lines, package copy and anything else that needs to communicate in an interesting way. I have particularly deep experience in the beauty industry.  I also teach a college level course in Beauty Brand Image Creation at FIDM in Los Angeles.
